The trees section in fundamentals is barebone: has only one chapter.
There should at least be chapters on trees-that-represent-real-world-entities and trees-that-don't.
Note that the AVL tree discussion mentions real-world data. So once the discussion is extended, this can be replaced with a reference.
Also, consider using terminology from our ICER 2020 paper on data representation.
