tf/ks Fix little typo in exercise description #94

I have been told that “was” instead of “has” is correct. I fix that little typo with these PR.

The text here repeats itself. This fixed the typo, twice, made by copy/pasting the same 2 sentences twice. Why not also get rid of the duplicate 2 sentences? @kelseymok happy to submit a PR for this if you like.
