ODBC access #1001

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This request comes from users' wish to connect external applications with datasets managed by data.all.

Describe the solution you'd like Data.all users get to see what they are allowed to see (thanks to Lakeformation). It'd be nice if there could be a way of easily using ODBC (Athena driver) in a way that would be very consistent with data.all UI. That means:

Also, imagine a setup where you have tenths, or even hundreds of data.all environments. It should be easy to setup and use ODBC. Finally, there should not be a necessity of using static credentials anywhere in the process.

This is a great issue @pmarko1711 and definitely one where we have seen customer interest. Let me connect with internal AWS teams that are currently working on this item. We need to design and document the pattern and share it here in the issue and in the documentation.
