Description

Cascading demo is broken and it blocks loading of other pages

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.data-driven-forms.org/examples/cascading-select
  2. Check Demo functionality, it is not working
  3. Try to navigate elsewhere, you cannot leave the page
