Apache Hadoop Tool #10

I wrote an Apache Hadoop markdown file since I didn't see any. If there is something that can be improved or changed, tell me right away! (I'm quite new to PRs, so I tried to follow all the steps strictly)

Why do you change Master-Slave to Leader Follower? Is it due to some vocabulary rules on GitHub?

@icharo-tb It's not a rule from GitHub but as a community, we try to use more inclusive language when we can. For the master/slave language here are a few alternatives.
