Add tool subfolders for readability #55

This PR adds subfolders to the tools folder to make things more readable. The naming of these new subfolders can be changed.

TODO:

[x] Choose folder name: Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Consumption
[x] Update aliases for moved files
[x] Update footer urls in moved files

What's New

New folders:

Compute: folder for general compute services that can be used for any task
Data Processing: tools used specifically for data processing (e.g. Spark)
Data Quality
Data Stores: I was thinking about blob storage primarily but it can also include file stores: https://aws.amazon.com/what-is/data-store/
