@carmelp16 @atalyaalon I think we should have a meeting to discuss this

Current implementation does not keep any data about when an alert started to apear and when it stopped apearing. So there already is a loss of data, regardless of the handling of duplicated rows.

I think some planning and spec of this feature will help to understand what are the goals and requirements for this.
