[Feat] Road background should be removed only from n12 #1070

Right now road background is removed completely (both from default design and n12 / or yarok design) (see this pr) We want to bring it back it in default design and to Or Yarok (but still make sure it does not exist in n12 organization)

@EyalIlan please discuss with @shaked-hayek and decide how to implement
