[Feat] Create an infographic that emphasizes pedestrians injuries #602

This infographic have to emphasize that the main issue presented is pedestrians being injured in this place. It can be (as presented in the mockup) a stacked bar chart but can also be very different if you think there is a better way of showing it.

@yuvalbl are we on the same page here? I love the designs but what to make sure we can implement them, and that you are synced on how to get the elements in a way you can include in the code.

@Mr-DannyDin The number of the road should be in color (as there are different road signs and the colours have mining. I think there is no need to redo the design as this is already implemented in the code. Just note it if it's important for other designs.

Another thing- there is a footer with date and some other info in all of our designs (look at the system itself) so even if it's not included in the mockups it should be included (sorry...) I'm not sure wether @yuvalbl need you to add it to the designs already made or he can judge himself how to include it. Let's wait for his comment here.

@Mr-DannyDin can we add a symbol of a pedestrian somewhere to emphasise that this infographic is pedestrians focused?

API is ready - injured_accidents_with_pedestrians - @yuvalbl can we make sure FE implement this?
