Remove the 550ms delay from the accordion's auto-scroll animation #425

Currently there is a 550ms delay between the time a user clicks on one of the accordion sections and the moment the auto-scroll animation begins. The reason is the differential heights of the accordion divs and the way the auto-scroll animation function works.
