Hello and thank you for this extension! This PR includes a few small fixes I've needed as I'm testing this extension.

Looking forward to collaborating on this, and possibly later helping to get some of the changes merged into core CKAN!

thanks @wardi I'm just in the middle of a vendor switch. Once dust is settled we'll get them to review this (and the other PRs for that matter on this module!).

@wardi what version of CKAN core have you been testing against? :)

@camfindlay I'm testing against a fork of 2.6 with a few features backported. These changes should apply to any version though.
