This set of change represents the required changes to get this plugin working with CKAN 2.10

It shouldn't break compatibility with CKAN 2.9+ but that's currently untested.

It's likely that CKAN 2.8.x will no longer work anymore.

CKAN 2.8 will certainly no longer work, since all the Pylons support is being pulled out.

Speaking of which, the Pylons plugin mixin may as well go too.
