Get clarity on non-zero counts for "None" species #38

When an inspection inspects no particular animals/species, the "Species Inspected" list typically includes just one entry 000000 NONE NONE. That makes sense, in its own way. But I have identified six reports that contain an entry for a species named as None/NONE, but which have non-zero counts:

hash_id count scientific common
0468a6ccf67db5ca 200 None NONE
b990334d7ed359ed 42 None NONE
a800fcb186438ba4 31 None NONE
749676fd905697e0 3 None NONE
77e408dadb6326bc 2 None NONE
666090967e8582df 1 None NONE

What do those entries represent?

I've now asked APHIS about this, will update here if/when I get an answer.
