Update scrape config, based on changes to portal #39

The fetching code was receiving this error message in the HTTP response:

Framework has been updated. Expected: Vo_clYDmAijdWOzW3 -3Mow Actual: tr2UlkrAHzi37ijzEeD2UA

This tweak, based on observed HTTP traffic for a sample search-portal session, appears to resolve the issue.
