[dataset extension request] 3000rice #460

You can request to continue uploading an incompletely onboarded dataset to Slingshot if it previously qualified for rewards but no longer does per the list of curated datasets for Slingshot. Please note that these requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and approvals are only for specific project teams to continue onboarding the specific dataset.

@cryptowhizzard - quick question: why is the expected number of deals < the number of CIDs outstanding? Is your dataset dividing logic generating pieces that are < 32 GiB?

Hi deep,

My software packs files into tar, from there import in lotus, then I send out the deal, online. So I don't have the future CID's. What I have is the future amount of GB's to be sealed.

The total set is 20.000 deals by my best guess, I have already done approx 2000 ( after error correction ).

Ps... I seal with 8 GB deals atm.

Thanks @cryptowhizzard - approving this one for Phase 2.6. Once you register your project for this phase (use any available dataset), can you confirm the Project Name here after which we can override the backend and set your dataset to this one?

@cryptowhizzard, your project Speedium-Storage has been added as an exception, and you can now switch to the 3000 Rice Genomes Project dataset within the current phase (2.5). Please update your dataset in the project form.

Hi, it is still grayed out. I created the project in the backend.
