Re-prioritize the "Top 100 Crypto Investor Dataset" #465

The "Top 100 Crypto Investor Dataset" is actively being used for an IPFS/Filecoin storage app, https://fin-crypto.onrender.com/. The app can push data to IPFS, then archived to Filecoin for hot and cold storage. Files can be easily retrieved through the app from both platforms. The "Top 100 Crypto Investor Dataset" was not being actively used over the last 3-6 months due to other commitments, but will be active as of now. This is the only source of up-to-date crypto investment analysis that I am aware of in the Slingshot competition. Its reinstatement would be greatly appreciated.
