Feedback loop to Filplus on a data client using Spade for matchmaking with SPs #14

Data clients have to specify the SPs they want to work on with Filplus applications. Or, they can say "I don't know yet, I am going to use Spade to find me SPs". In the latter case, filplus needs to know whether this client actually ended up using Spade.

Needs more definition on what is "using spade" ie. 1 deal made with 1 wallet vs. significant threshold of deals made via Spade
