Specifics on semantic publishing #5

Provide details on how authors can publish semantic representations for their work.

So, there is not so much we can tell RDF-unexperienced authors what they can do with respect to proper semantic publishing. There is more original work required here. For the time being the description I provide now here should be sufficient: http://datasciencehub.net/submissions.html
