Details about audio recording:

Start in the compact version shown in the full picture

If use clicks the record button, expand to look like this: audio_feedback_02

Add a checkbox (not shown in the image) which has this text:

[ ] I consent to have my voice recording used on the podcast. This does not include my information above. Kyle can identify me by the first name.

If the user unchecks this box, then the record button is disabled.

If the user has not filled out Name and Email, then the record button is disabled.

After the record button is enabled, the user can click it to get this:

After the user has finished the recording, they go to this preview to check it:

After they hit "Send", go to a component that says "Thank You" and includes this image:

Then after a 1 second delay change to this image:
