22/23 wording changes #379

The following rules have had changes to the error description/message only (i.e. actual rule coding is unchanged). Not critical but probably important to update the CIN Validator to remain consistent with official portal and DFE documentation.

Noe that this is separate from those rules that have changed from errors to queries (#343) or reworded alongside becoming "auto-okayable" (#342) but affects both 22/23 (rules v1.2) and 23/24 (rules v1.1).

Thanks @SLornieCYC Are these part of the 2023/2024 updates or should the 2022/2023 descriptions be changed too?

@tab1tha these are 22/23 as far as I can see, I've alrready made a PR having done the changes #390 but I forgot to assign myself to this I think

Definitely 22/23 but may also need changing in 23/24 depending on whether these rules have already been copied forward into the new folder or not!
