Enable the user to specify a subset of rules that should be run.

This has been implemented https://github.com/data-to-insight/CIN-validator/blob/abaedf11fc58dee1d2ddbca78b7571f3e5020df7/cin_validator/cin_validator_class.py#L247

It only needs to be linked up in the frontend.
