Rule currently highlights DateOfInitialCPC and S47ActualStartDate as affected fields. It does not highlight ICPCNotRequired despite that field being integral to the rule logic (i.e. the DateOfInitialCPC is only expected where ICPCNotRequired = 0). Highlighting ICPCNotRequired would also be consistent with how the query is returned in the DFE portal error report.
