Add more information to the loading screen #32

Particularly if Python validation starts to take a long time, it may be worth giving some information up front.

Loading of Python didn't take too long but long enough for me to question if it was stuck.

I have added now some messaging around expected load times and different operations - this could be iterated on further if its helpful.

I think it would be useful if the loading messages were displayed nearer the top of the page and followed by another message telling you when it is safe to switch to offline working (if desired, for data protection/peace of mind).

Reason: The tool header says "Once the browser is loaded, you can locate the files and run the validation offline." however if you switch to offline working before python has loaded the tool won't work and the "python loading" message just permanently spins at the bottom of the page.
