When a child record fails one or more tests, it might be useful to highlight the file(s) containing the error(s) as well as highlighting the specific table fields in-error.
For example error "Error 132 - Data entry for activity after leaving care is invalid." highlights the <ACTIV> column in the OC3 file, so I would like to see the tab for the OC3 file highlighted in the same colour as a visual cue for where to find the error (some errors are more obvious than others, and may highlight fields in more than one file).
