add post on jekyll tutorial #62

What does this PR add ? Adds a post on Jekyll tutorial Jekyll tutorial and a blog image(The original template didn't fit and got cropped when viewing the changes to blog locally, hence created a new one).

@reshamas Please let me know if any changes are needed. Will fix them. Thanks for reviewing!
