add RSS option to blog #64

closes #63

@reshamas I tried using a favicon, not sure why it didn't work. I also tried using an RSS image, but the problem was, it wasn't visible when I clicked on the Dark mode. Therefore I used plain Text. The font seems to be different as well.

Please let me know if there is a better way to add it.

I've added it for both header and footer.

@SangamSwadiK Thanks for doing this!! It's very nice. If possible, can we:
a) in the header, make the font size match the other items in the header. It seems a bit large b) in the footer, can we either move RSS to the next line, or add some space in between "Meetup" and "RSS"

@reshamas I've updated the font-size to 16px and added more spacing for the footer.
