[ ] Missing link for Terms page on footer
[ ] Need correct content for Terms page
[ ] Terms & Conditions is on mobile menu but is blocked
[ ] Table of Contents - Needs to be fixed on scroll
[ ] Table of Contents - Needs a little more spacing in between each topic to differentiate
[ ] Table of Contents - Needs hover and active states on links
