Embed pdf and add other additions [more] #34

Embed pdf in persona page
Prettify URL to pages/profiles/ for list of persona profiles
Add names of personas
Combine Software usage and persona profile in 1 page
Make static site previewable locally while not complicating things for web editing in markdown.

You can ignore the Gemfile + Gemfile.lock. Look at the rest though! I didn't add the pdfs for every single one since they were not in the repository; I am assuming they are still being edited.
