Document how to build and run the baseline method #24

The goal of this task is to provide a description of how to dockerize and run locally the baseline model developed by Yao.

I'll contact Yao today to find a time this week to review and finalize this doc.

Yao and I have reviewed the main part of the documentation. The last part is about giving a few tips to participants on how to dockerize their method.
