Thoughts welcome here. Has any progress been made on this? If not, we should consider realigning for possible Phase 3 work. @eichmann can you please update? Thanks!

We have substantial data generated by the acknowledgements component of SciTS (labs.cd2h.org/acknowledgements) to enable retrospective annotation.
