Consider a module related to a "reproducibility" design studio #1

We've discussed this before, the idea was that we could hold events modeled on the OCTRI design studio for grants, but focused on different areas of reproducibility.

The idea would be that researchers could bring their in-process research (either an important paper or a grant or study planning, for example) to a group of experts in different areas of reproducibility and scientific rigor for local shredding.

This could include: identifiers/methods granularity, p-value hacking and primary measure reporting, bio and clinical informatics workflows and training, data sharing and content linking, etc. For people really interested in open science, they could have the event/comments recorded and shared as a sort of persistent preprint/journal club.

I think this is a great idea - but I am a little worried about overall scope. Let's slot this for Phase 3.

Per chat with Robin just now, using the label "parked" rather than binning in a milestone to indicate we are all on the same page that an issue is out of scope for Phase II.
