Once the list gets long (especially if we get a lot of external folks registering their tools in Labs), it will be important to provide basic search/filter capability.

We will want the ability to filter/search by horizontals and tags such as Data, Software, People, Education, etc.

One approach for this would be to treat lab/github/drive platforms as yet another metadata source for faceted search. We can add any CD2H-specific facets we wish in that framework (and provide full text / person search ability).

Current index2.jsp allows filtering by core.
