adding some referral text back to the AA project, the grant, and the CD2H website. I'll do the same on the AA page. Thanks!

Hi @kristiholmes. Let me know if the current text on the README and the landing page for the RTD documentation adequately addresses your concerns about link backs to the CD2H and AA projects. One thing I do not currently have on these pages is info about the grant funding this work. If you think this is important to include, let me know and I can add it.
