Fix PURL #12

https://w3id.org/credit/ontology doesn't work as an direct import in Protege. OBO Purls tend to end in .owl, so it looks like I need to add a redirect.

Looking into this, I realized that my ohsu entities URI at purl.org works fine this way. I've reached out to the perma-id list for help with my .htaccess file.

A week has passed with no response from the w3id.org maintainers.

I have gone ahead and registered credit redirects at purl.org: https://archive.org/services/purl/domain/credit
