We need this to use a purl.org URI Also need to figure out how to make it work correctly. I attempted to implement purl.org/credit/releases but it doesn't work the way obolibrary purls appear to work.

Figured out the releases purl, the redirect type needed to be "partial"

Manually fixed the VersionIRI in credit.owl before committing, couldn't figure out where the ODK generates this from.
