Publish regular release to a public repository like Zenodo #68

Zenodo can provide a DOI, which we can add the link back to the chapter.

Dear @newgene, we have a collaborator today asking for a DOI so that the playbook can be cited. I am interested in leading this if that could work.

@ymnliu you can export a pdf file, using the button on the lower-right corner, and deposit it to Zenodo:
