We set up a project for the action items that are necessary to launch this project, available at https://github.com/data2health/reusable-data-best-practices/projects/1. This was just meant to pull everything together so that once workflows and structure were developed, contributing to the Guidebook could be an easy process for anyone.
There are likely other action items that are missing, so please feel free to do whatever you want to make this a useful space for you all.
