Identify the model of 5-10 common tools

Tasks

• Define an initial base model that would be inherited by other tool models
• Identify 5-10 types of tools among the most popular ones
• Define an initial models for each type of tools that inherit the base model.

@jaeddy For now, we should probably limit ourselves to max three tool use cases (and not 5-10 as I initially suggested). Candidates tools could be:

• a python script or library:
• a web service: PHCCollaborationPortal?
• a CWL tool?

CWL could actually be part of the Portability score and the next step recommended after the containerization of a tool.

Here are the tools that we are going to illustrate in use cases. Progress for each of them will be tracked in a separate ticket.
