Make a list of existing tool registry solutions
Characterize these solutions
- Highlight the features that should be part of the CTSA Tool Registry
- Add notes on how the CTSA Tool Registry could distinguish itself from these solutions
- Reverse engineer the tool model used by these solutions
- Identify stats and other metrics reported for each tool by these solutions
