Obtain urls from Cores/Partners to add under ABOUT menu #104

Per Steering Committee approval, create a new item under the ABOUT menu called PARTNERS. Add links to Core's websites and other partner's websites (i.e. Tislab at OSU).

Partners page has been created. Call for urls from partners via email and SC meeting agenda.
