Create a Tool Registry Tab #76

Provide list of software programs and algorithms across the CTSAs. Philip Payne/James Eddy spearheading this list. Not fully populated yet, but may have some materials to list. NCATS suggested format for listing: NAME, DESCRIPTION, LOCATION (link, cloud), LICENSE, FORMAT (webpage, app, SAAS)

Tab has been created, but Tool Registry will be populated in a later version of the now deployed website. 3 action items will be activated at that time:

  1. Populate initial catalog of tools to use for prototype; i.e. NLP sandbox at Sage
  2. James Eddy provide list of tools & status ranking/maturity levels
  3. James Eddy to get input from Philip Payne/WashU
