Activity Dates and Status #64

Missing Rule:

Activity needs at least an Planned / Actual End Date

Missing Rule:

Activity Status cannot be Finalisation if no Planned / Actual End Date is present

Missing Rule:

If activity date has ended, Activity Status should not be Implementing

None of the rules you have listed above are rules in the standard at the moment so hence they have not been incorporated at the moment : http://reference.iatistandard.org/203/activity-standard/iati-activities/iati-activity/activity-date/

I know that there has been discussion on this on IATI discuss, so I am putting this as enhancement for discussion.
