SeLFiE: Is_In_Trm_Prnt does not work as expected #140

We print constants in a different way from we print other terms. Therefore, Is_In_Trm_Prnt does not work in the way we expected.

Since we rarely use Is_In_Trm_Prnt, the best solution is to get rid of it from SeLFiE once and for all.
