`Summary Statistics` are not returned #38

Summary statistics are not written to the output as the document says. The Docker container stalls forever after the job is done, but the summary statistics are never returned.

I see the same issue. From Docker Container. index or classify --> both jobs have no standard out message and job is "running" although nothing is being done
