Backfill data #24

Large changes were made in commit c18971fd3df6671662afc4f831a8f1a85175a15d but historic data was unchanged. We want to port these changes back as far as we can. Due to repository bloat we'll probably tear down the entire repo and re-upload all datasets in the near future with the fixes. We'll likely also drop support for locally built blocks and only keep data for MEV blocks.
