Unfortunately I don't have access to bring back or re-host this tutorial. So, I've removed the link from the readme.

There's a link still in API.md. Surely it would be preferable to link to the wayback archive though?

I have files identical to the wayback'd version in a zip if anyone wants to cleanup & rehost. 111kb, 4 files (html,css,gif,js). The js is a big ole bundled beast, but its clear text and the whole thing runs locally from a simpleServer run in the root folder.
