Support for WebXR? #98

Wondering if there is a version of dat.GUI for WebXR?

We are using this branch for WebXR (only tested with Vive as far as I know) https://github.com/xinaesthete/dat.guiVR Much more active than the original branch, and with various enhancements such as docking/undocking folders, and attaching menu to a controller. It was recently updated for the most recent versions of three.js.
