update outdated link to Chrome experiments #78

The old URL was taking people to a page with broken links leading to "PAGE NOT FOUND" for each experiment.

Actually, the right link seems to be https://experiments.withgoogle.com/chrome/globe. I'll fix it.

The old one was forwarding to that, but clicking on any of the examples leads to page not found.
