Design menu modal, appears when page gets smaller. #18

Also, the design of the modal menu might have to be changed as it gets really small, near 300-400 pixel width range. So in total I am estimating that two designs of the modal menu need to be drawn up, and code written for media queries and css.

All of the media query stuff can come last. It's good for you to be familiar with it, but it's not a high priority for the project to get going.
