Bedstats: resolving failed GD stats/plot for genomes other than hg19/hg38/mm10 #28

Bed files of genomes other than hg38/hg19/mm10 are failed to generate all GD plots because required files are not in GDdata. Add the option to accept user provided files that's required for the GD stats/plots.
